IIM Nagpur Recruitment Notice 2015 for Associate (Purchase, Administration, IT & e-knowledge Centre), Incharge 

IIM Nagpur requires Associate for General Administration & Purchase, Programme Office Incharge, Associate for IT & e-knowledge Centre and Incharge for Field Study Centre at Nagpur Institute. The details of IIM Nagpur Recruitment Notification 2015 is given below - 

Associate (General Administration, Purchase)

Qualification -Candidate should have passed Graduation in any discipline is a must. Relevant work experience of at least 5 years is essential. Total experience of 8 years or more is desirable. Experience in an institute of national repute like an IIMs or IITs will be a distinct advantage. The candidate should be able to work independently and should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and multi-tasking abilities. 

Salary - Rs.20000-35000/- Per Month

Programme Office Incharge

Qualification- Candidate should have passed Graduation in any discipline is a must. Post-graduation in Management or a elated discipline is desirable. Relevant work experience is essential. Should have a minimum of 10 years of experience. Experience in an institute of national repute like an IIMs or IITs will be an distinct advantage. The candidate should be self-driven and should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and multi-tasking abilities. A good knowledge of Excel, Word, Access, and other computer-related tasks is essential.

Salary - Rs. 40000-60000/- Per Month

Associate (IT and e-Knowledge Centre)

Qualification - Candidate should have passed Graduation or post-graduation in IT related discipline is a must. Relevant work experience of at least 10 years is essential. The candidate should have an excellent understanding of IT infrastructure in an educational

setup (like an IIMs, IITs, or an institute of national repute) including networks, associated hardware, basic troubleshooting in networks, computer hardware, software and servers. Should have expertise in handling Linux-based and window-based platforms.

Salary - Rs. 30000-45000/- Per Month

Incharge, Field Study Centre

Qualification- Candidate should have passed Graduation in any discipline is a must. Post-graduation in Management or an elated discipline is desirable. Relevant work experience is essential. Should have minimum of 10 years of experience in an institute of national repute like IIMs or IITs. Should be able to work independently and should have excellent communication, interpersonal skills and multi-tasking abilities.

Salary - Rs.35000-60000/- Per Month

About IIM Nagpur - The admissions to IIM Nagpur will begin for the academic session 2015-16, alongwith 13 other prominent Indian Institutes of Management (IIM), Initially, 60 students will be given admission.

According to the notification issued in the official website of IIM, the Central government has decided to start 6 IIMs in the country from this academic year. The registration for the common admission test, more popularly known as CAT, will also include these six IIMs. Admission process for academic session 2015-16 will have admissions for IIM Nagpur also.

According to information, continous meetings and discussions are going on between human resource department (HRD) ministry, New Delhi, Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology(VNIT) and IIM Ahemdabad, mentor for Nagpur IIM, regarding the admission process in these six IIMs. The forthcoming budget of the Union government is expected to earmark funds for Nagpur IIM, it was learnt.

The building that has been selected for IIM at VNIT campus is already complete. Some changes are expected to be made in the building after the recommendations of the HRD ministry. These changes will be according to the pattern of IIM Ahmedabad. However, it was not clear as to when will the team of HRD ministry visit VNIT campus. The team is expected to visit in the month of February or March, said sources.

The officials associated with giving final touches to the building of IIM at VNIT campus have refused to give their reactions on the ongoing project. It is estimated that a provision of ` 125 crore may be made in the budget for the Nagpur IIM.
