Recuritment Notice 2014 No. BSL/R/2014-02 dated 26th Nov 2014 for
filling the 110 posts of OPERATOR CUM
TECHNICIAN TRAINEE in the discipline
of Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil
Engineering, Chemical Engineering & Ceramics in S-3 regular grade.

Training
Period- Two years.
Eligibility
Criteria for SAIL Bokaro Steel Plant Operator cum Technician Trainee post-
Qualification-
Matriculation & Three years full time Diploma in above mentioned
disciplines.
Age Limit-
Not more than 28 years as on 01.11.2014. The upper age limit relaxable by 5
years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) category candidates and
Physically Handicapped & Ex Servicemen also relaxed in upper age as per
Government Rules.
Selection
Procedure- Through written examination.
Stipend in
Training Period- Rs. 10,700/- per month & Rs. 12,200/- per month for first
& second year respectively.
Application
Fee- Rs. 250/- for General & OBC and Rs. 50/- for Departmental candidates.
SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted form payment of application fee.
