Salary - Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 40,000/- per month.

Qualification -

1. Engineering Departments -  Masters degree with BE/B.Tech in First Class or equivalent grade in the appropriate branch of Engineering.

2. Architecture & planning -  Masters degree (Architecture or Planning) with B.Arch in First Class or equivalent grade.

3. Science Departments  -  Master’s Degree in Science (Respective Discipline), desirable M.Phil/Ph.D

4. Humanities Department -  Master’s Degree in English, desirable M. Phil/Ph.D

VNIT Nagpur-Recruitment Notification 2014

Applications are invited the position of full time Fellowship (JRF) for a period of three years to work under the Science & Engineering Research Board (SERB)-DST sponsored research project entitled “studies and development of polymer and/or inorganic nanomaterials coated carbon nanotubes thin films towards super capacitor applications” under Dr. B.R Sankapal, Associate Professor in Applied Physics.

Qualification- Candidates are expected to have post graduate degree in Physics/ Applied Physics with a good academic background and sound knowledge in Thin film is desirable.

Salary- Rs. 16,000/- per month for JRF in first year & Rs. 18,000/- per month in second year.

The position is temporary and renewable each year subject to satisfactory performance for a maximum of three years. The position is coterminous with the project. Candidate selected for this position can also apply for the regular Ph.D program provided they satisfy the eligibility criterion for Ph.D program in Physics Department of VNIT Nagpur.
