Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited or HPCL was founded in 1974 as a state owned oil company. Its head quarter is at Mumbai. It mainly produces oil, natural gas, petroleum, lubricants and petrochemical. HPCL has 13 zonal offices and 102 regional offices located at different parts of the country. HPCL is looking for candidates having best qualification and experience as mentioned in the advertisement released in the official website. Through this advertisement, HPCL invites applications from Indian Nationals for various posts of grade B and grade C under an attractive pay scale. Total 140 vacancies are available. Out of these, 70 posts are for Grade B and 70 are for Grade C positions. Vacancies in both the grades are for the positions of Rotary Engineer/ Mechanical Project Planning Engineer/ Mechanical Design Engineer/ Mechanical Construction Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Civil Construction Engineer, Instrumentation Engineer and Project Process Engineer/ Production Engineer.
Eligibility: Candidates applying for any of the post under Grade B should not be more than 30 years while maximum age limit for grade C posts is 33 years. Full time graduation in the relevant discipline is the minimum qualification required for all the above positions.
Selection will be through written test/ interview, depending upon the choice of the management. Candidates selected for Grade B posts will get salary under the pay scale of Rs.29100-54500/- while candidates under grade C posts will get salary under the pay scale of Rs.32900-58000/-.
